How much time do you need to create a web site? |

That solely depends on the project and the web design block you choose - could be as little as 3 days or as long as 2 weeks. |

How can I add more content to my web site? |

My websites are build on Content Management System that is allowing a regular person to upadate the content of their websites without programming or desinging skills. For your conveniance I offer one week of support from the time of web site delivery. I am also in the process of creating tutorials to help my clients with how to update their websites. Despite this, if you still feel uncomfortable with maintaining your website, you can purchase a maintenance package, or shoot me a question through e-mail. I'll let you know in advance if the answer requires bigger time investment on my side and additional fee. |

How many revisions am I allowed? |

Here is my concept to the system of revisions: do the the best first time I do it. To achieve that, before I start working on your design I send you a few pages questionnaire that you're required to fill up to the best of your abilities, knowledge and resources - that alone gives me pretty good idea about your needs and preferences, so it is unlikely that you won't like the design. In spite of that I am open to minor changes. And if you still don’t like the design, I make a new layout for you which usually doesn't happen very often.

Do you charge a deposit and if I can get it back? |

YES, I charge 50% of the package value you choose. NO, deposit is not returnable. |

You are free to contact any of my existing clients and ask for references. |

What do I have to provide in order for you to start? |
| |
You are required to pay a deposit (50% of the package value of your choice) and fill up the questionnaire I send you by e-mail. |

Not to worry, I can provide everything (photos, artwork, simple text). |

Where do you get the artwork from and how much does it cost? |
| |
Because creating my own artwork is very time consuming I usually combine my own work with istock photos. On average it's a around $5 per photo and up to $20 per vector illustration. The higher the quality (resolution) the higher the price. Nothing ruins the good design better, than crappy photos. |

I already have a website, will you redesign it? |
| |
Yes. You still have to purchase the package you like though. |

Can you give me guarantee that your website is going to work? |

I give one month guarantee that everything is going to work. After one month I will have to charge $50 per hour to cover my labour. |
